To make changes to your appointment, please contact your Stripped Wax Bar location directly or manage your appointment from your online booking account. Find a Wax Bar ⟶
Please give us at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellation. If you are sick or symptomatic, you may reschedule your appointment, at no charge. Guests that fail to show for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
Please note, we require staff to stay home if they are symptomatic, which may result in your appointment being rescheduled. All efforts will be made to minimize disruption.

Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping option.
If you'd like to make changes to your order, we may be able to do so if your order has not already shipped. Please email orders@strippedwaxco.com for assistance.

We currently ship within Canada and to the continental US. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

If we didn't meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a full refund of Stripped products purchased online at strippedwaxco.com or from a Stripped Wax Bar location, within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email orders@strippedwaxco.com. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Stripped Wax Co is not responsible for any returns lost in transit so we recommend adding tracking information for your personal records.IN-STORE
You may also return Stripped products to any Stripped Wax Bar location with a copy of your invoice.
