Please arrive 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are new to Stripped, please fill out the electronic New Client Intake form prior to your appointment to expedite check-in.
If you are late for your scheduled appointment, we may be required to reschedule or proceed with a partial service only (time-permitting). Please contact your Stripped Wax Bar directly for assistance. Find a Wax Bar ⟶

Please give at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Guests that cancel within 2 hours of their appointment or fail to show for their appointment will be charged a 20% late-cancel/no-show fee.

Please note, we require staff to stay home if they are symptomatic, which may result in your appointment being rescheduled. All efforts will be made to minimize disruption.

Stripped Wax Bars are proud to be Beauty Safe Certified, so you can wax with confidence. Here's what we do to ensure your service is safe and hygienic.
- Waxers wear disposable gloves during all services.
- Waxing applicators are tossed out after each use and all other service tools are sterilized according to Health Canada standards.
- Working surfaces are sanitized with medical grade disinfectant and service beds are lined with disposable bed paper.
- Complimentary hygiene wipes are provided for your use in all service rooms.
- High-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our team, only one client is permitted in a service room at a time. Photos and/or videos are not permitted.
Clients are required to be strictly professional at all times. Intoxication, verbal agression, physical threat, sexual advances, innuendo, or inappropriate touching will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time.

We understand waxing is an intimate service. If you've found the Stripper of your dreams, feel free to request them when booking your appointment.

We now offer a unified Service Menu to ensure our Wax Bars are a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
Please note that all down there services are anatomy based and must be specified at the time of booking. This will ensure you are booked with a Waxer that is certified on that specific service.

All of our waxing services require a minimum age of 16 years old unless accompanied by a parent.

Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay accepted at all Stripped Wax Bar locations. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cash payments. Cash gratuities are still welcome and go directly to your technician.
