Very easy to use, but it does get pretty messy pretty quickly if you’re not already somewhat familiar with the process (which I was expecting, to be fair). Some additional details included with the instructions about how thin is thin and any other tips for keeping things tidy would be helpful but overall I am thrilled with the product and experience and I will absolutely be purchasing again. The waxing oil was absolutely brilliant for clean up on my legs.

Bit of a learning curve- getting the right consistency in the microwave, a bit messy and sticky but I will definitely repurchase. Exactly like the wax at a salon. Worked very well - I was impressed . Love the cotton strips, too. Quick delivery from BC to Ontario which I appreciate .

First time waxing at home! I usually get mine done by a professional but it was getting too expensive so I decided to give this a try. Awesome packaging with dissolvable foams! Followed heating instructions and everything went smoothly. I had to wax twice because consistency at first try was thick, so really its about finding the right consistency. Generous amount of supplies provided in the kit - a must to keep things hygienic. Haven’t had ingrown hairs since. Highly recommended!
