Benefits of Cream Wax?

Gone are the days of old school honey wax. Cream wax has a low melting temperature, making it safe and easy to use on the skin, even for beginners. Smooth & thin consistency allows for quick application & removal.

Avoid heat related activities immediately before waxing. This will prevent the skin from tearing, lifting, or becoming irritated. After waxing, your pores are open and highly susceptible to bacteria. For the next 24 hours, avoid sweat or bacteria from entering the pores to prevent irritation and adverse reactions (including baths, saunas, swimming pools, tanning and workouts).

Remove lid, place container in microwave and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring the wax after each interval, until fluid consistency is reached. If you have difficulty removing the lid, heat the entire container with the lid on, for 30 seconds to loosen. Heating time will vary depending on the amount of wax in the container. A full container will take approximately 1 minute. If the wax appears to be runny, it is too hot - allow it to cool down and thicken slightly. Reheat wax as needed. CAUTION: HOT WAX MAY BURN THE SKIN. Apply a small amount of wax to the inside of your wrist to test the temperature before using.

1. Apply a thin layer of Waxing Oil to the area to cleanse and prepare the skin for treatment.
2. Dip a waxing spatula into the wax and allow any excess wax to drip off.
3. Spread a thin layer of wax following the direction of hair growth.
4. Cover this layer of wax with a waxing strip and rub down firmly so that the wax adheres to the strip.
5. Hold one end of the strip, and pull back in a quick swift motion, in the opposite direction of the hair growth. To avoid bruising, hold the skin taut and pull as close to the skin as possible.
6. Once hair removal is complete, use the Waxing Oil to remove any residual wax.

For microwave use only. Do not wax on skin that has been recently exposed to sun or tanning bed. Do not wax over sunburnt or irritated skin, lesions, warts, moles, or abrasions. Do not wax if using any skin sensitive medications (ie. Retin-a or Accutane). If an adverse reaction occurs, stop use immediately and consult a physician. Keep freshly waxed skin clean and free of sweat and bacteria for at least 24 hours. For external use only.

The lid was quite stuck on so I had to microwave it in increments to get the lid off, but once I figured that out it was amazing. Goes on really smooth and made my legs feels silky smooth. Great wax for at home waxing!

Amazing!!

I love this kit! I have been using it since it came out and it is far better than any other wax I have tried. I use it for my face, arms and any other place I may need to touch up. The instructions are so easy and simple and my skin is left so smooth after.

I really like it. So far only used for underarms but the instructions and the videos where really helpful and the product itself has good quality.

Easiest DIY biking wax ever!

I'm a regular at my salon for full Brazilians, but occasionally I need to clean up the bikini line between appointments when my kids want to go swimming. That said, buying wax strip from your typical retail drug store seemed like a disaster in the making. The microwavable home waxing kit was so simple to use! Between the prep oil and the wax, removal was a breeze and there was zero breakage, everything came out with the root. I can't wait to try it on other nuisance areas like legs and forearms. Cannot recommend it enough!

I was not sure what to expect and had high expectations based on reviews and I was not disappointed! It took off the shorter hair on my leg very smoothly and was able to do most of my legs and lady parts with one jar, with more experience I am sure I could have done it easier. Good but jar too small :(

This wax is great, it is gentle to the skin and removes hair with less pain than pharmacy-bought wax. However, I went through an entire jar and couldnt finish half my legs (I think my wax was not warm enough and was spreading too thickly). Make sure your wax is thin/hot enough so that you can spread it as a thin layer - without burning your skin. The price is reflective of the formula but I wish they sold it in a bigger jar!

Nearly painless waxing

I’ve tried a lot of at-home waxes (pre-prepped strips, honey wax, wax beads) but this one is by far the most painless and effective. I’ve only tried with longer hair because I let the hair grow like a Forrest, but it is nearly painless, and I only have irritation for a day vs several days (I have very sensitive skin..), plus the oil they give with the wax is a huge moisture bonus.

This is my go-to wax from now on, thanks stripped!

As a beginner waxer, this product is super easy to use. The strips are soft and honestly, the wax smells lovely. I would give this 5 stars but when i first got this product the wax stuck to the lid and it took me HOURS to get it open. Aside from that its a a great product. I highly recommend.

Brilliant

I have been going to Stripped (Lonsdale) for SEVEN years and I've always been intimidated by at-home waxing after a few mishaps! But after finding out the wax in this kit is the exact same formula and quality as the wax they use in the salon I figured I'd give it a try and I'm SO glad I did.
It was easy to warm up, easy to apply, and removed every hair flawlessly with no irritation. It's so nice with the current pandemic to be able to have an at-home backup for self-care!
